My tablescape got a wintery neutral makeover but my Porter Lane Home table linens stayed put. I love these because I can use them all year. Speaking of thankful, I'm feeling especially thankful this season. At the risk of boring you to death, I'd like to share why...
If you're like me and don't want to miss out on the amazing deals on Black Friday, but don't want to deal with the strenuous crowds and overpicked stock, then I've put together a list of some of my favorite deals to help kick off your holiday shopping weekend!
Even if you don't watch Fixer Upper, I'm almost certain you've at least heard of Joanna Gaines the Queen of Shiplap... if that name (or show) is news to you then you need to fit a Netflix binge into your agenda ASAP!!
I love my wood watch so much that I've teamed up with Jord to give one lucky winner a $75 e-voucher to use toward the watch of their choice, AND everyone who enters gets a $20 e-gift card just for entering (excluding the winner)! If you're not a watch lover yourself but know someone who is then this would make a great gift for the upcoming holidays.
Home decor and fashion go hand-in-hand. It's all about styling, and you will most likely notice similarities in a designer or decorator's wardrobe to their decor. Mine is eclectic and mood based in both areas, and my current mood is longing for FALL!!
I won't even lie... bedrooms are one of my favorite projects. Maybe it's something about creating coziness. Maybe it's something about creating a calming space. Maybe it has to do with dreamier dreams. Maybe it's those reasons and alot more!
I had so much fun creating this space for a client recently. During our consultation she expressed how much she loved the color palette of a local restaurant (that I happen to love too) called The Greene House.
I would plank everything if I could! Since that's not practical or cost effective, I'm sticking to a few things here and there. I bought this wood a while ago with the intention of creating a background for the gallery wall I already had over the bed; something to add dimension and texture. Normally I knock out projects pretty quickly once I have the materials, but this one seemed daunting so the wood sat in the garage for a couple months while a bazillion other projects got done.
